About Our Pirate Family

Hi there! Our site just launched, but we bring a long history with us!

We’re a slightly crazy Greek family from Paros Island, Greece. We sell tees online while enjoying the rural life of the Aegean Islands — picking olives, foraging wild mushrooms in winter, and gathering wild capers in summer.

STATHEROS is actually our surname, and yes — it literally means steady or grounded!

Our family is growing (lots of babies coming in lately! ❤️), and we’re excited to share a bit of our world with you.

Our father is a retired construction builder.

Our beloved mother owns a jewelry store called AOUSSA, tucked in the charming alleys of Naoussa. You’ll find some of our tees there too! (Instagram: _aoussa_)

Our eldest son, Yiannis, runs a seaside restaurant called — you guessed it — Statheros, where he serves Grandma Flora’s legendary recipes. (Instagram: statheros_restaurant)

And last (but obviously the greatest, haha!) is our youngest, Konstantinos — author, tee designer, and lifelong pirate-at-heart. He’s the mastermind behind this whole idea and has been dressing like a pirate since, well… forever. (Instagram: @kstatheros, E-bookstore: www.kstatheros.com)

Piracy actually has deep roots in our area. The Cyclades were once a key stop on the Silk Road, and pirates were a real part of island life. Our family has lived on Paros for centuries — through the storms, the stories, and the sunshine.
